1. Foreword

In this section there is information regarding the method of management of the archiexplorer website with reference to the processing of data belonging to users of archiexplorer.

This privacy police statement is valid also for the purposes of the Personal Data Protection Code (Art. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 and EU Regulation 2016/679 G.D.P.R.) for data subjects who interact with the archiexplorer website and it can be found at the home page address.

The processing of the data generated by using the archiexplorer website takes place at the Data Controller’s headquarters with the intervention of individuals appointed by this latter figure. In case of need, the data associated with the newsletter service can be processed by the Data Supervisor or individuals appointed by such to carry out said purpose at the relative headquarters.

Types of cookies depending on their duration

From the point of view of duration, temporary session cookies can be characterised by the fact that they automatically delete themselves at the end of the browsing session and are used to identify the user and therefore to avoid the login on each page visited, unlike those of a permanent nature that remain active in the PC until either their expiry or deletion by the user. Session cookies may be installed in order to enable access and permanence in the reserved area of the website as an authenticated user. These are not persistently stored in the pc but only for the duration of the browsing session until the browser is closed and then they disappear upon closure of the same. 3. Optionality of data provision

The user is always free to provide his/her own personal data requested to send information material, without prejudice to what is necessary to browse on internet. However, the failure to provide such data, may result in the impossibility to obtain what has been requested.

Personal data is processed using automated means for the time that is strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which said data has been collected and, in any case, for a period not exceeding 5 years. Specific safety measures are complied with in order to prevent the loss, unlawful or improper use or unauthorised access to data.


5. Rights of Data subjects

Information relating to the content, origin, correctness, integration, updating or rather the correction of data, is accessible to the owner of the same, the same applies to its existence in the archiexplorer  archives that can be verified by submitting a request. Likewise, the data subject is entitled to request the elimination, the transformation into an anonymous form or the blocking of the data processed unlawfully, as well as, in any case, for legitimate reasons, to oppose its processing.

The User’s or the Data Subject’s data is collected in order to enable the Data Controller either to provide services, or for the following purposes: Statistical needs, to Contact the User and for Franchising aims.

  • CONTACT AND QUOTE REQUEST: By filling in the contact or quote request form with his/her personal data, the User consents to its use in order to fulfil requests for information, quotes or for any other purpose specified in the heading of the form itself. The User’s e-mail address is automatically entered on a list of contacts to whom e-mail messages may be sent containing information, also of a commercial and promotional nature, relating to the products or services provided by the Data Controller. The Personal Data collected includes: e-mail, name and surname, company, address, telephone number.


  • STATISTICAL PURPOSES: The services contained in this section enable the Data Controller to monitor and analyse traffic data and this is used to keep track of the User’s behaviour online. Google Analytics (Google Inc): Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google uses the Personal Data to track and examine the use of this Application, to prepare reports and share them with the other services developed by Google. Google could use the Personal Data to contextualise and customise the announcements on its advertising network. The Personal Data collected includes: Cookies and Usage Data. Processing location: USA – Privacy Policy – Opt Out. Specific information may be presented on the pages of the Application relating to particular services or processing of the Data provided by the User or the Data Subject.
